In the Mood

Foreword:

Here's a little poem I scribbled into my journal. Like many of my poems it started out as simple word play and somehow turned itself into something more or less poetic.

So here I sit, bemused,
Confused and
Not in the mood
To write
A
Poem.

Afterword:

It's interesting to note that by 1994 I was already connected to the net. I'm a cheerful sort and so my journal started showing smilies all over the place. (Do I really have to point out the smiley at the end of this poem? :)
